1. Hard boil eggs according to directions at right; chop eggs and place into a large mixing bowl.
2. Gently fold in remaining ingredients; mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate egg salad until ready to serve

3/4 cup Cheese, blue, crumbled
1/3 cup Imitation soybean mayonnaise
2 Tbs Fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp Tabasco sauce, ready to serve
1/4 tsp Celery salt
1/16 oz Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
