1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and sauté onions, celery, parsley and mushrooms until tender, about 5 minutes.
2. Put bread cubes in large bowl; pour sautéed mixture over cubes.
3. Add poultry seasoning, sage, thyme, marjoram, salt and pepper; toss to blend well.
4. Add chicken broth, lightly stirring.
5. Add beaten eggs to dressing; mix together well.
6. Place mixture into a crock pot; cover and cook on high for 45 minutes.
7. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook for 5 to 6 hours.
