Turkey Burgers with Feta and Olives

1. Preheat grill or broiler with shelf at least 4 inches from heat.
2. In a large bowl, use a mixing spoon to combine ground turkey, parsley, salt, pepper, yogurt, feta, and olives if using. Mix until thoroughly blended, making sure to poke olives inside burger mixture.
3. Divide mixture into 5 burgers. Grill or broil for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through (with no sign of pinkness). Place on buns.
