1. Hard boil eggs according to directions at right; cut eggs in half lengthwise.
2. Carefully remove the yolks, keeping whites in tact; reserve whites.
3. Mash yolks with fork in medium bowl. Gently fold in mayonnaise, dry mustard and chives, season with salt and pepper to taste; gently mix until well combined.
4. Carefully spoon yolk mixture into reserved whites. Arrange on serving platter and garnish with paprika and fresh chives. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

4 ea Extra large whole eggs, raw
4 3/4 tsp Imitation soybean mayonnaise
2 1/2 tsp Mustard seed, ground
2 1/2 tsp Fresh chives
1 tsp Paprika
