1. Preheat your wok until very hot.
2. Add oil, scallions and chicken cut into very small strips. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Add in frozen vegetables. Stir well, cooking until vegetables are fully thawed.
4. Add black bean sauce. Stir well. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
5. Serve with brown rice. (Rice not included in nutritional analysis).
