1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Combine 3 Tbsp. ketchup, oats, chopped onion, parsley, basil, salt, black pepper, ground beef, egg substitute, garlic cloves in a large bowl; stir mixture until well blended
3. Shape meat mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; spoon 4 tbsp. ketchup over meat loaf. Insert a meat thermometer into loaf. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until thermometer registers 160 degrees F. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove meat loaf from pan; cut into slices.

1 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ea Medium onion, finely chopped
2 Tbs Dried parsley
1 Tbs Dried basil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 lb Ground beef, 90% lean
1/2 cup Egg Creations, egg substitute
2 ea Garlic cloves, peeled, chopped
1 ea Medium green bell pepper, chopped
