1. Combine ½ cup Balsamic vinegar and chicken in shallow dish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
2. Preheat broiler.
3. Removed chicken from dish; discard marinade. Place chicken on broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook for 6 minutes on each side or until done.
4. Combine remaining balsamic vinegar and salad greens; toss well. Divide the greens evenly among 4 plates; top each serving with 1 chicken breast half.
