1. Heat oil in large nonstick deep cooking saucepan on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 15 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and put on plate.
2. Whisk cream of chicken soup and water together in small bowl. Add lemon juice, black pepper, garlic, or onion powder, paprika, and thyme. Add mixture to skillet and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken and juices from plate; cover. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Serve.
1 Tbs Olive oil
16 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast, halved
1 10.5 oz Can/Jar Canned cream of chicken soup, low sodium, condensed
1 1/2 cup Water
1/3 cup Fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Dried thyme
2 cup Minute rice brown rice, uncooked
2 cup Fresh broccoli florets
