In a medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the onion flakes have softened.
14 oz Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 1/2 cup Sour Cream, rducd fat
1/2 cup Red bell pepper, chopped
4 oz Parmesan cheese
2 ea Green onions, sliced
1 Tbs Onion flakes, dehydrated
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/8 tsp Hot pepper sauce
1 ea Frozen spinach, chopped, 10 oz package
