1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, blend sweet and sour sauce, brown sugar and apple juice; set aside.
3. Cut sausage diagonally into 1/2-inch slices and cook in a hot, large skillet over medium heat for about 12 minutes or until no longer pink in center and juices run clear, turning pieces occasionally. Remove sausage.
4. Chop red and green bell peppers into 1-inch pieces and add to same skillet along with garlic; cook and stir about 2 minutes, or until peppers are tender, yet crisp.
5. Stir in sausage, pasta and sweet and sour mixture and cook just until ingredients are coated with sauce and heated through.
4 oz Enriched ziti, dry

1 1/2 tsp Light brown sugar packed
1 Tbs Apple juice
8 oz Italian pork sausage
1/2 ea Fresh small sweet red bell peppers
1/2 ea Fresh small sweet green bell peppers
1/2 ea Garlic clove, finely chopped
