1. Cook and prepare pasta shells; rinse and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix onion, salad dressing, pepper, milk and lemon juice; blend well.
3. Stir in pasta, chicken and drained water chestnuts.
4. Refrigerate until well chilled.
5. Cut grapes in half, and fold along with cashews into salad just before serving. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
3 cup Enriched small shells pasta, dry
1/2 ea Small yellow onion, chopped
2/3 cup Light mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/3 cup 1% milk
1/3 cup Fresh lemon juice
3 cup Cooked chicken breast, cubed
8 oz Canned waterchestnuts, slices
2 cup Fresh Thompson seedless grapes
1 cup Dry roasted cashews, unsalted
8 ea Fresh red leaf lettuce, inner leaf
