1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cut focaccia into 1/4-inch slices; cut each slice in half.
3. Spread goat cheese on each bread piece; arrange in single layer on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes or until edges are slightly golden.
4. Heat Red Pepper Jelly in small saucepan over low heat to melt, about 2 minutes.
5. Sprinkle toast with chopped pecans, then chopped rosemary; drizzle with Red Pepper Jelly and serve.
