Filet Mignon with Smoky BBQ Mustard

1. Halve filets crosswise, season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook filets in batches 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to a serving platter, cover with foil to keep warm.
3. Add brandy, swirling pan to scrape up brown bits. Add beef broth and heavy cream and boil until reduced. Stir in BBQ mustard and any pan juices from platter. Simmer sauce 1 minute. Thinly slice filets and serve with sauce.

1 cup Beef broth, fat free
1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
