BBQ Baby Back Ribs with Smokey Chipotle Sauce

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2. With a fork, pierce meat side of ribs all over; set aside
3. In a small bowl stir together garlic powder, onion powder and paprika; rub all over ribs.
4. Place ribs in a shallow baking dish.
5. Pour 1 cup Smokey Chipotle Grilling Sauce over ribs; marinate ribs, meat side down, covered and chilled 3 hours or overnight.
6. Put ribs meat side up in a roasting pan large enough to hold them in one layer; roast 1 1/2 hours.
7. Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium-high heat.
8. Grill ribs basting with remaining 1/2 cup Smokey Chipotle Grilling Sauce turning frequently about 10 minutes.
9. Serve hot.
