1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, mix together ricotta, figs, Parmesan, sage, and sausage.
3. Fill phyllo shells with approximately 1 Tbsp. filling (shells will be piled high).
4. Bake for 10 minutes. If desired, garnish each tartlet with minced parsley. Serve warm.
2 Package Mini phyllo pastry shells, frozen
1 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese, part skim
15 ea dried figs, stems removed, diced small
3 Tbs Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbs minced fresh sage
1 cup Nature's Place precooked Spinach Chicken Sausage
2 Tbs Parsley, fresh, minced
