1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese
and goat cheese until well blended. Cut
open tea bag, add tea, and mix well.
(May be prepared up to 3 days in advance
and stored, refrigerated, in an airtight
container.)

2. Toast bread slices lightly. Spread each
slice with about 2 Tbsp. of the cheese
mixture. Top each with pieces of smoked
salmon. Cut each slice into quarters.

3. Slice ends off lemon, then cut 6 very
thin slices. Pick out seeds, then cut each
slice into quarters. Top each quarter
sandwich with a lemon quarter. Serve
immediately..

1 ea Tea, green, orange passionfruit and jasmine, bags
5 ea Pumpernickel bread, slice
4 oz Smoked salmon
1 ea Fresh Lemon
