1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Spray a 10-inch pie pan with vegetable cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, saute ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking meat into small pieces. Add cardamom, cinnamon,
and coriander, 1.4 tsp. of the salt, and 1.8 tsp. of the pepper. Cook beef for about 8 minutes, or until brown. Place in prepared pie pan, distributing evenly.
3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and season with remaining 1.4 sp. salt and 1.8 tsp. pepper. Stir in chopped parsley. Pour egg mixture over beef and make sure itfs distributed evenly.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is lightly browned and a knife nserted in the center comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes, cut into wedges, and serve hot or at room temperature.
