Paul's Special Day Cheese Spread

1. In a blender or food processor, mix together Cheddar, cream cheese, pepper jack, and feta until very well blended. Add seasoned salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and sweet chili sauce and mix until uniform in texture and consistency. 2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in pimentos. 3. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight so flavors can blend. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
Notes:
Hannaford is the brand of choice for the cheese ingredients. Roland is the brand of choice for the Thai chili sauce; it can be found in the International aisle. Assorted crackers are an optional ingredient.
