These chips come out of the oven crisp and ready to scoop up delicious low-fat dips. Vary the flavor by substituting other Taste of Inspirations dipping oils and rubs.

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with foil.
2. Place one piece of pita bread on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut around edges, then use your hands to gently split bread apart into two circles. Lightly brush top of each with oil. Sprinkle with rub. Cut each circle into 8 wedges. Repeat with remaining pita bread.
3. Spread wedges onto baking sheets so they're not touching each other. You might need to make two batches. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, until just beginning to brown and crisp. Remove to a bowl and serve, or store, when cooled, in an airtight container.
