Serve as a side with meats and fish, or as a dip with cheese and crackers. Recipe may be halved.

1. Finely chop onions. Place in a medium bowl and add chili sauce, paprika, red pepper flakes, turmeric, and Tabasco. Mix well. Let sit at least 10 minutes before serving, to let flavors soak into the onions. May be prepared several days in advance; store refrigerated for up to a week in an airtight container.
1 lb Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Chili sauce
2 Tbs Paprika
1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
