1. Combine 2 cloves garlic and 2 teaspoon black pepper in small bowl; press evenly on beef steak. Place steak in center of grill over medium ash covered coals. Arrange tomatoes around steak. Grill tomatoes, uncovered 6-8 minutes, turning once. Grill steak 13-16 minutes for medium-rare doneness, turning occasionally. Remove; keep warm.
2. To prepare Tomato Pesto, place grilled tomatoes, basil, cheese, garlic, oil, salt and pepper in blender or food processor. Cover and process until smooth.
3. Stir butter in polenta. Carve steak into slices and serve with polenta, peas, and tomato pesto.
